Getting Started
Set up the app and understand the core HyperResponder workflow.
What Is HyperResponder?
HyperResponder is a workout logging app that turns natural training notes into structured workout data, progress history, XP, ranks, and achievements.
Setting Up Your HyperResponder Account and Onboarding
Create your account, add your training details, and choose a starting setup so HyperResponder can save your workouts and personalise the app experience.
Free-form Logging
Write workouts naturally, handle different training formats and fix input issues.
How to Log Workouts with Natural Language
Type your workout like a normal note. HyperResponder turns it into structured exercises, sets, reps, weights, time, and distance.
How Parsing Works: What HyperResponder Understands and Ignores
HyperResponder reads your free-form workout notes and turns them into structured exercises, sets, reps, weights, time, distance, and notes.
What HyperResponder Can and Can’t Parse
HyperResponder can turn natural workout notes into structured sessions, but clearer input gives better results.
Troubleshooting Parsing: Quick Fixes for Common Input Issues
HyperResponder can handle loose workout notes, typos, shorthand, bracketed notes, bodyweight movements, and cardio entries. If something parses differently than expected, small edits usually fix it.
Cardio and Time-Based Work: How to Log Runs, Rows, and Circuits
Log cardio, circuits, and time-based exercises with simple free-form input.
How Bodyweight Exercises Are Tracked
HyperResponder can track bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and planks, with or without added weight.
Using the Rest Timer and Logging Supersets
Use the rest timer to manage breaks during training, and log supersets in the order you performed them.
History & Performance
Review completed sessions, your workout calendar and training history.
Programs & Library
Explore programs, follow a plan and work with your saved training structure.
Progression
Understand XP, ranks, streaks, achievements and workout sharing.
Understanding XP and Rank Progression
XP turns your logged training into a visible progress score. Ranks show how your total XP builds over time.
How XP Grades and Streak Multipliers Work
XP grades summarise the strength of a logged session. Streak multipliers reward consistent training over time.
What’s Included When You Share a Workout or Achievement
HyperResponder lets you share workout receipts, PRs, badges, rank-ups, and other progress moments. Before sharing, check what is shown on the card or receipt.
Account, Billing & Privacy
Manage PRO, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, ads, data and your account.
Free vs PRO: What’s Included
HyperResponder is free to start. PRO removes ads and unlocks more of the app for people who want deeper tracking, cleaner logging, and fuller progress history.
How to Restore Purchases
If you paid for HyperResponder PRO but it is not showing in the app, restoring purchases can reconnect your Apple subscription to your HyperResponder account.
Why PRO Isn’t Showing After Purchase
If you subscribed to HyperResponder PRO but still see the free version, it usually means your purchase has not synced with the app yet.
How to Cancel Your PRO Subscription
HyperResponder PRO is managed through your Apple account. You can cancel your subscription from your iPhone settings at any time.
How Refunds Work
HyperResponder PRO purchases are handled by Apple. If you want to request a refund, you’ll need to do it through Apple’s refund process.
Why HyperResponder Shows Ads
Ads help keep HyperResponder available for free users while supporting the cost of AI parsing, app infrastructure, and ongoing development.
Data and Privacy: Access, Copy, and Deletion
You can delete your account in HyperResponder settings. If you want a copy of your account or workout data, contact support.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your HyperResponder account if you no longer want to use the app. Deleting your account removes your account data from active systems, but it does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
