What Is HyperResponder?

Getting Started

HyperResponder is a workout logging app that turns natural training notes into structured workout data, progress history, XP, ranks, and achievements.

HyperResponder helps you log workouts faster and track progress over time.

Instead of building every workout manually, you can type what you trained in a normal gym-note format. HyperResponder reads the entry and turns it into structured workout data.

Example:

After parsing, the app can organise the workout into exercises, sets, reps, weights, and session details.

What HyperResponder Is For

HyperResponder is built for lifters who want a faster way to log training.

Use it to:

  • log workouts with natural language;

  • save structured workout history;

  • track exercises, sets, reps, and weights;

  • review past sessions;

  • follow programs and templates;

  • earn XP, badges, and ranks;

  • share selected achievements or workout receipts.

The goal is to make workout tracking feel closer to writing a quick note, while still giving you useful training data afterwards.

Free-Form Logging

Free-form logging is the core HyperResponder feature.

You type the workout in your own words, then review the parsed result before saving.

Example:

HyperResponder can detect lifting entries, bodyweight exercises, cardio, time, distance, and notes where supported.

For the cleanest results, put each exercise on its own line.

Workout History and Calendar

Saved workouts appear in your history and calendar.

Use these views to:

  • see when you trained;

  • open previous workouts;

  • check session details;

  • review raw input;

  • edit or delete workouts;

  • add sessions to previous dates.

This helps you keep a record of what you actually did, not just what you planned to do.

XP, Ranks, and Achievements

HyperResponder uses XP to turn logged training into visible progress.

After saving workouts, you can earn XP based on the session data. Over time, your total XP moves you through ranks.

Achievements and badges can also highlight milestones such as personal records, streaks, and completed workouts.

XP is not a replacement for real strength progress. It is a way to make consistency and training output easier to see.

Programs and Library

HyperResponder also includes programs and library features to help structure your training.

You can use these to follow planned workouts, repeat sessions, or organise training around a goal such as strength, muscle, or general fitness.

Programs give you structure. Free-form logging keeps the actual session fast to record.

Sharing Progress

Some progress moments can be shared from the app.

This may include:

  • workout receipts;

  • personal records;

  • badges;

  • rank-ups;

  • session summaries.

Sharing is optional. Your workouts stay private unless you choose to share something.
