Exploring the Program Library and Following a Plan

Exploring the Program Library and Following a Plan

Use the Programs tab to follow your current plan, browse saved programs, create custom routines, and import workouts into your log.

Use the Programs tab to follow your current plan, browse saved programs, create custom routines, and import workouts into your log.

HyperResponder Programs screen showing a current PPUL plan, saved program days, and the Create Program option.

HyperResponder programs help you train with structure.

Use the Programs tab to follow your current plan, browse other programs, or create your own routine.

Open the Programs Tab

Tap Programs in the bottom navigation.

From here, you can see:

  • your current program;

  • the next suggested day;

  • saved programs;

  • default programs;

  • custom programs you create;

  • filters for browsing programs.

Your current program appears near the top so you can quickly see what you are following.

Current Program

The Current Program section shows your active plan.

It can include:

  • the program name;

  • the number of days in the plan;

  • the current day count;

  • each training day;

  • the next suggested workout.

For example, a PPUL plan may show:

The Next label shows which day is suggested next.

View a Program

Tap a program to open its details.

A program page can show:

  • program description;

  • number of training days;

  • training goal;

  • experience level;

  • each workout day;

  • exercises inside each day;

  • sets and reps where included.

This helps you check whether a program fits your training before using it.

Browse Other Programs

Open Other Programs to browse saved or default programs.

You can use search and filters to narrow the list.

Filters may include:

  • number of days;

  • training goal;

  • experience level.

This is useful if you want a plan that matches your schedule or goal.

Follow or Change a Program

When you choose a program, it can become your active plan.

Changing your current program changes what appears in the Current Program section and which workout is suggested next.

It does not delete your past workouts or reset your progress history.

Start Your Next Program Day

If you have an active program, HyperResponder can show your next program day directly on the Logger screen.

For example, if your current program says Push is next, the Logger may show a button like:

Start Push Day
Start Push Day
Start Push Day

Tapping this imports the planned exercises, sets, and reps into the workout input.

From there, you can:

  • keep the workout as written;

  • edit the exercises;

  • adjust sets, reps, or weights;

  • remove anything you are not doing;

  • add extra work before saving.

This makes it faster to follow a program without manually typing the whole session.

Import Other Workouts

You can also import workouts that are not your next suggested program day.

Use Import Other Workout when you want to choose a different day, repeat a previous plan, or bring in another saved workout.

Imported workouts are still editable before saving, so you can log what you actually did rather than being locked into the plan.Create a Custom Program

You can also create your own program.

Tap Create Program to start a new routine.

A custom program can include:

  • program name;

  • description;

  • experience level;

  • training goal;

  • workout days;

  • exercises inside each day.

Use custom programs when you already have your own split, coach-written plan, or preferred routine.

Edit a Program

If a program needs changes, open the program and use Edit Program where available.

You may be able to update:

  • program name;

  • description;

  • goal;

  • experience level;

  • days;

  • exercises;

  • sets and reps.

Editing is useful when your routine changes but you want to keep the same overall structure.
