You do not need perfect formatting. HyperResponder can often understand shorthand, typos, missing punctuation, bracketed notes, bodyweight exercises, cardio, and mixed workout entries.
After your workout is structured, you can review and edit the output before saving. If something does not look right, correct the exercise, sets, reps, weight, cardio, or notes before it becomes part of your history and stats.
Loose Input Can Still Work
HyperResponder can read short gym-note formats.

Because the input is loose, HyperResponder has to infer what the numbers mean. In this example, it reads the session as 3 sets of 5 reps at 120kg.

Exercise Names Are Matched to Best Fit
HyperResponder tries to match your input to the closest exercise in the exercise database.

you mix notes and workout data without brackets;
the result affects PRs, XP, or progress history.
