Why It Matters

Every lifter progresses differently. HyperResponder turns that progress into measurable XP so you can see your consistency, rank up, and stay motivated over time.

How XP Scoring Works

XP per Session

Each workout earns a score out of 100 based on load, volume, and completion. After every session, you receive a letter grade that reflects your performance:

  • SSS: 85–100

  • S: 75–84

  • A: 65–74

  • B: 55–64

  • C: 40-54

  • D: Below 40

The higher the grade, the more XP you earn.

Bonus XP from Achievements

Achievements and badges grant bonus XP for hitting milestones such as PRs or streaks. Typical rewards range from +200 to +300 XP.

Streak Multipliers

Training consistently over multiple weeks adds a multiplier to your XP total. Longer streaks give slightly higher multipliers. If you miss a week, the streak resets but your XP remains.

Rank Progression

Ranks show your total effort over time. You start at Novice and move through these tiers as XP increases:

  • Novice: 0

  • Initiate: 1,000

  • Prospect: 5,000

  • Adept: 12,000

  • Elite: 25,000

  • Champion: 45,000

  • Titan: 75,000

  • Olympian: 120,000

  • Legend: 180,000

Tips

  • Focus on frequency. XP rewards consistency more than intensity.

  • A few lower-effort sessions can still build streaks that multiply overall XP.

  • Reviewing XP grades helps identify performance dips or overtraining trends.

Takeaway:
XP converts effort into measurable growth. Train consistently and watch your rank rise.
