HyperResponder gives you control over your account and workout data.
You can delete your account inside the app. If you want a copy of your account or workout data, contact support.
Delete Your Account
To delete your account:
Open HyperResponder.
Go to Settings.
Tap Account Settings.
Choose the account deletion option.
Follow the confirmation steps in the app.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your saved workout data may not be recoverable.
What Deletion Removes
Deleting your account may remove data linked to your HyperResponder account, including:
profile information;
workout logs;
free-form workout entries;
parsed workout data;
training notes;
custom program notes;
workout history;
progression data;
XP, ranks, streaks, and achievements;
account settings linked to your account.
Some data may take time to disappear from backups or internal systems.
We may also keep limited information where needed for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, support, or technical reasons.
Deleting the App Is Different
Deleting HyperResponder from your phone does not delete your account.
It also does not cancel an active PRO subscription.
If you want your account data deleted, use the account deletion option inside HyperResponder.
Subscriptions Are Managed by Apple
HyperResponder PRO subscriptions are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
To stop future billing, cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Request a Copy of Your Data
HyperResponder does not currently offer a self-serve export feature.
If you want to request a copy of your account or workout data, email:
Include:
the email linked to your HyperResponder account;
your account ID, if it is shown in the app;
what data you are requesting;
any details that help us identify your account.
We may need to verify your identity before providing account data.
What HyperResponder Stores
Depending on how you use the app, HyperResponder may store:
account information;
login method;
workout sessions;
raw workout input;
parsed exercises, sets, reps, weights, time, and distance;
bodyweight values used for bodyweight exercise tracking;
notes;
custom programs or templates;
XP, ranks, streaks, badges, and achievements;
subscription entitlement status;
app settings;
technical, diagnostic, and security data.
This data helps HyperResponder save your training history, track progress, restore your account on another device, and keep the app working properly.
What We Do Not Store
HyperResponder does not directly store your full payment card details.
App Store payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.
