You can delete your HyperResponder account if you no longer want to use the app. Deleting your account removes your account data from active systems, but it does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

You can delete your HyperResponder account from inside the app.
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your saved workout data may not be recoverable.
Before You Delete Your Account
Before deleting your account, check the following:
save anything you still need from the app;
cancel your PRO subscription through Apple if you do not want future billing;
make sure you are signed into the correct HyperResponder account;
understand that deletion may remove your workout history, notes, programs, achievements, and saved app data.
HyperResponder does not currently offer a self-serve export feature.
If you want to request a copy of your account or workout data before deleting your account, contact support@hyperresponder.com. We may need to verify your identity before providing account data.
Deleting your account is different from deleting the app.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account:
Open HyperResponder.
Go to Settings.
Tap Account Settings.
Look for the account deletion option.
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
You may be asked to confirm before deletion is completed.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account may remove data linked to your HyperResponder account, including:
account profile information;
workout logs;
free-form workout entries;
parsed workout data;
training notes;
custom program notes;
templates and saved routines;
workout history;
progression data;
achievements;
app settings linked to your account.
Some deletion may take a short time to complete across active systems and backups.
What May Not Be Deleted Immediately
Some information may be kept for a limited period where needed for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, support, or technical reasons.
This may include:
subscription and entitlement records;
App Store purchase references;
security logs;
support messages;
crash or diagnostic data;
backup copies waiting to be overwritten;
anonymous or aggregated analytics.
This information is kept only where there is a valid reason to keep it.
Deleting Your Account Does Not Cancel PRO
Deleting your HyperResponder account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
If you have an active PRO subscription and want to stop future billing, cancel it through your Apple account settings.
To cancel PRO:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select HyperResponder.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
Deleting the App Is Not the Same Thing
Deleting HyperResponder from your phone does not delete your account.
It also does not cancel your PRO subscription.
If you want your account deleted, use the account deletion option in HyperResponder.
What Happens to Shared Content?
If you shared a workout, achievement, receipt, or screenshot outside HyperResponder, deleting your account will not remove copies from other apps, messages, social platforms, or other places where you shared it.
If HyperResponder has in-app sharing features, account deletion may remove or disconnect shared content linked to your account, depending on how the feature works at the time.
Can I Recover My Account After Deleting It?
Usually, no.
Account deletion should be treated as permanent.
If you deleted your account by mistake, contact support@hyperresponder.com as soon as possible. Recovery may not be possible, especially if deletion has already been completed.
I Just Want to Stop Paying
If your main goal is to stop future billing, cancel your PRO subscription through Apple.
You do not need to delete your HyperResponder account just to cancel PRO.
If you cancel PRO, your account can remain active on the free version.
I Just Want to Remove the App
If you only want to stop using HyperResponder for now, you can delete the app from your device.
Your account may remain available if you reinstall and sign in again later.
To permanently remove your account data, use account deletion inside HyperResponder.
When to Contact Support
Contact support@hyperresponder.com if:
you want to request a copy of your account or workout data;
you cannot access the account you want to delete;
the account deletion option is not working;
you need help understanding what data is linked to your account.
