Onboarding helps HyperResponder set up your account and tailor the app around how you train.
It only takes a short time, and you can update your details later in Settings where available.
Create Your Account
Start by signing up or logging in.
HyperResponder may support:
email and password;
Sign in with Apple;
Google sign-in.
Your account lets HyperResponder save your workouts, sync your history, manage your settings, and restore your data when you use the app on another device.
Add Your Height and Bodyweight
During setup, HyperResponder may ask for basic body metrics such as height and bodyweight.
Bodyweight is useful for bodyweight exercise tracking.
For example, if you log:
HyperResponder can use your bodyweight as the resistance for that movement where supported.
Keep your bodyweight updated if you want bodyweight exercise tracking to stay accurate.
Choose Your Training Goal
You may be asked to choose your main training goal.
Common options include:
strength;
muscle;
general fitness.
Your goal helps HyperResponder recommend a more relevant starting point. For example, a strength-focused user may be shown a different program direction from someone training for general fitness.
You can still log any workout you want. Your goal is there to guide the setup, not restrict how you train.
Set Your Experience Level
HyperResponder may ask for your training experience.
This helps the app understand whether you are closer to:
beginner;
intermediate;
advanced.
Depending on your selection, HyperResponder may also ask how many days per week you can train.
This helps match you to a starting program that fits your schedule.
Choose a Starting Program
After onboarding, HyperResponder may assign or recommend a program based on your goal, experience, and training frequency.
This gives you structure from the start.
You are not locked into the first recommendation. You can still use free-form logging, choose a different program, edit sessions, or train without following a program.
Enable Notifications
HyperResponder may ask whether you want notifications.
Notifications are optional.
They can help with:
workout reminders;
streak reminders;
session summaries;
consistency nudges.
You can turn notifications off or change them later in your device settings.
Can I Change My Setup Later?
Yes.
Where available, you can update your profile details, bodyweight, goal, experience level, or notification settings later.
If your training changes, updating these details can help HyperResponder keep your app experience relevant.
