How to Cancel Your PRO Subscription

How to Cancel Your PRO Subscription

Account, Billing & Privacy

HyperResponder PRO is managed through your Apple account. You can cancel your subscription from your iPhone settings at any time.

Download on the

App Store

HyperResponder PRO subscriptions are handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

That means your subscription is managed by your Apple account, not directly by HyperResponder.

How to Cancel PRO on iPhone

To cancel your HyperResponder PRO subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your name at the top of Settings.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select HyperResponder.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You may need to scroll to find the cancel button.

If there is no cancel button, or you see an expiry message, the subscription may already be cancelled.

Can I Cancel Inside HyperResponder?

HyperResponder may include a Manage Subscription option in the app settings.

This can help direct you to your Apple subscription settings, but the final cancellation is handled by Apple.

We cannot cancel an Apple App Store subscription for you from our own systems.

What Happens After Cancelling?

Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing.

You should normally keep PRO access until the end of your current paid billing period, unless Apple states otherwise.

After your PRO access ends, your account may return to the free version. This means some PRO features may become unavailable, and ads may appear again in the app.

Your workout history is not automatically deleted just because you cancel PRO.

Will Deleting the App Cancel My Subscription?

No.

Deleting HyperResponder from your device does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

You need to cancel the subscription through your Apple account settings.

Will Deleting My Account Cancel My Subscription?

No.

Deleting your HyperResponder account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

If you want to stop future billing, cancel the subscription through your Apple account settings before deleting your account.

I Cancelled, But I Still Have PRO

If you cancelled but still see PRO features, this usually means your current billing period has not ended yet.

Your subscription may remain active until the expiry date shown in your Apple subscriptions screen.

I Cancelled, But I Was Charged

If you were charged after trying to cancel, check your Apple subscriptions screen first.

Make sure HyperResponder shows as cancelled or expired.

Billing, refunds, and payment disputes for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. HyperResponder cannot directly reverse App Store charges from inside the app.

I Can’t Find HyperResponder in Subscriptions

If you cannot find HyperResponder in your Apple subscriptions list, check that:

  • you are signed in with the Apple ID used to subscribe;

  • the purchase was completed through the App Store;

  • you are looking under the correct Apple account;

  • the subscription has not already expired;

  • the subscription was not started on another platform.

HyperResponder is currently distributed through the App Store, so iOS PRO subscriptions are managed through Apple.
