HyperResponder saves your logged workouts so you can review past sessions, check what you trained, and track progress over time.
You can view your training in two main ways: Calendar and History.
Calendar View
The Calendar view shows your training by date.
Use it when you want to see when you trained, how consistent you’ve been, and which days include logged sessions.
In Calendar view, you can:
see which days have completed workouts;
tap a date to view workouts from that day;
check workout titles, XP, and key session details;
open a full workout summary;
add a workout to a previous date.
If your program uses different training days, colours may help show which type of session you completed and when.
Open a Workout Summary
Tap a logged session to open the full workout summary.
A workout summary can show:
workout name;
date;
duration;
exercises;
sets;
reps;
weights;
notes;
XP earned;
achievements or progress events from that session.
Use this when you want to check exactly what you did in a past workout.
History View
The History view gives you a list of your logged workouts.
Use it when you want a simple newest-to-oldest record of your training.
Each workout appears as a session card. Open a card to review the full workout details.
Depending on the session, you may be able to:
copy the workout;
edit logged details;
delete the workout;
review the raw input used to create the session.
Deleted workouts cannot be recovered, so only delete a session if you are sure.
Copy a Past Workout
Copying a past workout lets you reuse a previous session as a starting point.
This is useful when you want to repeat a workout, run the same program day again, or quickly log a similar session without typing everything from scratch.
After copying, check the details and adjust anything that changed.
Edit a Past Workout
You can edit a logged workout if something was entered incorrectly.
Common edits include:
correcting exercise names;
changing sets or reps;
adjusting weights;
adding or editing notes;
fixing anything that parsed incorrectly.
Editing keeps your history more accurate.
Add a Past Session
If you trained but forgot to log the workout on the day, you can add a past session from the calendar.
Choose the correct date, enter the workout, and HyperResponder will structure it like a normal logged session.
This is useful for keeping your history complete without needing to log everything live.
Why Workout History Matters
Your workout history shows more than individual sessions.
It helps you see:
how often you train;
which workouts you repeat;
where you miss sessions;
how your lifts are changing;
what training patterns are working.
The more accurate your history is, the more useful your progress tracking becomes.
