Why PRO Isn’t Showing After Purchase

If you subscribed to HyperResponder PRO but still see the free version, it usually means your purchase has not synced with the app yet.

If you bought HyperResponder PRO but the app still shows the free version, your subscription may not have synced correctly yet.

This can happen after subscribing, reinstalling the app, changing device, switching accounts, or using a different Apple ID.

First, Try Restore Purchases

The quickest fix is usually Restore Purchases.

To restore your purchase:

  1. Open HyperResponder.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Under Your Plan, tap your current plan card.

  4. This opens the PRO paywall.

  5. Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the paywall.

  6. Wait for HyperResponder to check your subscription status.

You can also tap Restore Purchases from the bottom of any PRO paywall in the app.

If the restore is successful, your PRO access should update automatically.

Check Your Apple Subscription

If PRO still does not appear, check whether your Apple subscription is active.

To check this:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your name at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Look for HyperResponder.

If HyperResponder is listed as active, return to the app and try Restore Purchases again.

If HyperResponder is not listed, the purchase may not have completed, or it may have been made through a different Apple ID.

Use the Same Apple ID

Your PRO subscription is linked to the Apple ID that made the purchase.

If you subscribed using one Apple ID but are now signed into another Apple ID on your device, HyperResponder may not be able to find your subscription.

Check that you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Use the Same HyperResponder Account

Your HyperResponder account matters too.

If you subscribed while signed into one HyperResponder account, then later signed in using a different method, PRO may not appear.

For example, this can happen if you originally used:

  • Apple sign-in;

but later signed in with:

  • Google sign-in;

  • email and password;

  • a different email address.

Try signing back in with the same method you used when you subscribed.

Close and Reopen the App

After restoring purchases, close HyperResponder completely and reopen it.

This can help the app refresh your subscription status.

Also check that you are connected to the internet and using the latest version of HyperResponder from the App Store.

PRO Still Not Showing

If you have tried restoring purchases and PRO still does not appear, check the following:

  • your Apple subscription is active;

  • you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase;

  • you are signed into the correct HyperResponder account;

  • your internet connection is working;

  • HyperResponder is updated to the latest version;

  • you have closed and reopened the app after restoring.

Subscription status can sometimes take a short time to update.

I Still See Ads After Buying PRO

PRO should remove in-app ads.

If you still see ads after subscribing:

  1. Open the PRO paywall.

  2. Tap Restore Purchases.

  3. Close and reopen the app.

  4. Check that you are signed into the correct HyperResponder account.

  5. Confirm your Apple subscription is active.

If ads still appear after this, contact support.

Does Buying Again Fix It?

Do not subscribe again without checking your Apple subscription first.

If Apple already shows an active HyperResponder subscription, use Restore Purchases instead.

Restore Purchases checks your existing subscription. It does not charge you again.

What to Send Support

If PRO still is not showing, contact support with:

  • the email linked to your HyperResponder account;

  • the login method you used, such as Apple, Google, or email/password;

  • a screenshot of your active Apple subscription;

  • a short description of what you see in the app;

  • whether ads are still appearing.
